I did not know about the company prior to applying, but I am happy that I am now part of the awesome team in Marina. The management team is very supportive, resourceful, and easily approachable. It is a good place to work. The staff are friendly, making the working environment comfortable. Team work is encouraged. The management is doing a good job. They are improving everyday to better the staff and to satisfy the people they are serving by meeting their daily needs.

I couldn’t be more thrilled and happy with Spread Your Wings. The staff takes their time with him that he needs and they listen to him. I noticed that he’s less agitated, he calls me less, his apartment is the cleanest it has ever been, he’s having a wonderful time, his staff is kind and good and well trained. His behaviors have decreased.
